22winph is open to players in the Philippines who meet the following basic requirements. Before you start the registration process, make sure all of these apply to you:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering for yourself — not on behalf of another person.
• You have a valid Philippine mobile number that can receive OTP messages.
• You have a valid government-issued ID for identity verification (KYC).
• You do not already have an active 22winph account. One account per person is the rule.

Players from Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and all other areas of the Philippines are welcome to register. The platform is accessible via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the 22winph Android app.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for all 22winph accounts. It's how we confirm your identity and ensure that the account belongs to an eligible player aged 21 and above. The sooner you complete verification, the sooner you can access full withdrawal functionality.

Any of the following government-issued IDs are accepted for verification:

• PhilSys National ID
• Philippine Passport
• LTO Driver's License
• SSS, GSIS, or UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Voter's ID or PRC ID

When uploading your ID, make sure the photo or scan is clear, unobstructed, and shows your full name, photo, and date of birth. Cropped or blurry submissions will require resubmission and delay the process.
